Kanban Board (Tickets)

Support SFUSD • sfbrigade

• Find available tickets in our Kanban board To Do column
  • If you see an issue that is already being worked on, but you are interested to help with that ticket, feel free to reach out the other engineer and see if they would like to pair program with you.
• If you would like to work on a ticket that no one else is working on:
  • Click on the ticket
  • Assign yourself to the ticket (click on the cog in the Assignees row)
  • Move the ticket over to the In Development column (click and drag)

• If you are working on an issue, and find another issue that needs to be worked on:

  • If you can finish your ticket without fixing it, make another ticket in the To Do section of the Kanban board for the issue you found
  • If you must fix it in order to complete your ticket, make another ticket in the In Development section of the Kanban board, and reference the new ticket in your original ticket (click on ticket, click on the ellipsis (three dots) on the write up of the issue, click edit than add the # plus the number of the ticket to connect them)
